The Goal of the Elite

This post will not be popular. The global media does not care about freedom or equality of ideas. The freedoms of speech, religion, press, and assemble are being taken away, unless you speak, worship, write, and go according to the decrees of the government. They can go to a congressional funeral and not social distance during a pandemic, but churches are told to shut down. News articles are posted, blaming "outbreaks" on church gatherings,  but not on "protests" and riots (which is what the "protests" now are really are about). The selfish, egotistical hearts of humans are being put on full display. We went from ESPN reporting everytime NFL players kneeled for the National Anthem to ESPN reporting every NBA player who doesn't kneel for the anthem. We are told this is all in the name of protecting people's rights. This has never been about protecting rights. Many individuals in the social justice movements have good and honorable intentions. But the media has twisted this into something it never was meant to be. They use every tragic event to cause unrest. A peaceful society was never a part of their agenda.

Why are they burning Bibles? Because they must destroy Christianity to make way for the One World Satanic Government. Why are the people being divided over wearing masks? Why are some people being demonized? Why is there little to no actual news coverage of sex trafficking in this country and the world? Why is every view that goes against the liberal mainstream media deemed a conspiracy theory? This isn't about the virus, about masks, about social justice, or human rights. If it was, we wouldn't elevate one oppressed group of people above another oppressed group of people. Abortion, murder, rape, sex trafficking and human trafficking are all pushed aside for police brutality. Now police brutality is terrible. No sane person is denying that fact. This isn't what they are telling you. Every Christian should see what is going on. The groundwork is being laid. The people do not want a One World Government.  Look at advances in artificial intelligence. Look at robotics, and look at the "impending Alien invasion." They are setting the stage for the world to be dependent on this new system. The goal, the agenda, is fear and division. Let me explain.

First, you must break up the family. With fathers or mothers incarcerated, and children being left home alone, they are easily programed by the television. Then, you indoctrinate them into the failing educational system, also ran by the government. You make sure that God is taken out of the school. You show sympathy to every religious belief system, except for Biblical Christianity.  You teach kids that if it makes them feel good, it is ok. Sex outside of marriage, even in high school is permitted. You teach protection instead of abstinence. Any restraint on human passion and sin is vilified. Everything is now permissible.

But, you do not teach them that there are natural consequences for their actions. You teach them that their circumstances are somebody else's fault. You teach them they can be whatever they want, whether they have earned it or not. Take it further. Now, gender is being challenged.  If you want to change genders, then you can! Disregard science, which is what they use to "disprove" the Bible. They are who they feel like being.

Next, divide and conquer the people. Split them along racial, political, economic, and racial lines. Pump it into every news story and flood the television with it. Everything is deemed racist. Everything is oppressive.  Everything and everyone is out there to get you! The virus will kill you. If it doesn't,  the police or a criminal or a rioter or a MAGA hat wearing racist will. Install the fear. Push people until they explode into violent, chaotic "revolutionary " behavior. The problem is, even if they are successful,  they have no plan. Now the people are fractured,  divided, leaderless, and vunerable.

Finally, you destroy the church. You launch full on campaigns against Biblical Christianity.  You start with Genesis 1:1 and try to dismantle it. You don't have to dig too deep though. The wicked and the lost don't know the Bible,  and neither do most Christians. So moral relativism and universalism aren't hard to inject. You convince people that science has disproved God. Or, you convince people that all religions are basically the same. You get pastors to stop preaching the word. You preach upon how people feel, not what is true. The pastor doesn't want to offend anybody, so now homosexuality is ok, Hell may not be real, and God is going to save everyone.  Instead of a righteous and totally just and all- powerful God, you have the "Toy Story- you have a friend in me" God. You diminish Jesus, and elevate man. You give humanity the desires of their sinful hearts.

Now, when the beacon of light that was the church for two millennia has been extinguished,  people will need someone or something to look to. You have successfully removed parents from the home, indoctrinated the children, made them unaccountable for their actions, removed God from the equation, divided them in every way possible, and turned them into violent maniacs. Now they need order. Now they need a leader. Insert the new system.

Believers,  do not fear. Jesus has overcome the world. This is the reality of what we are facing.

Time To Be The Church

In this current day and age, in the "social media" age of Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, everyone has a voice. Everyone has an opinion. The question is, is anybody saying anything with meaning or value? Do people post just to have an opinion? When individuals discuss or even argue, are they willing to be swayed, or are they already entrenched in their positions? As members of the body of Christ, are we trying to win souls, or are we more concerned with winning the argument? We argue about wearing masks and whether or not COVID is overblown or a conspiracy theory. We trash the President, his opponent, the protestors, the looters, the Congress, Hollywood,  Republicans,  Democrats, Libertarians, the Pope, conspiracy theorists, the news, and anything else that irks us on that particular day. We are more worried about pointing out the things that separate us from God than we are about pointing out how God saved us. Don't get me wrong, truth is truth and sin is sin and no concocted 21st century explanation will change the inspired Word of God. We are called to stand up for the truth. But when the church doesn't act like the church, people will notice. We either compromise scripture or try to judge the lost and fallen world WE are not called to judge, and never were told to judge. Why are we surprised when the world, I don't know, acts like the world? We are called to hold our BROTHERS and SISTERS in Christ accountable. Those who reject God will be judged by God according to what they have done. So finger pointing at a world who doesn't believe in or who rejects God completely is a waste of time. Yes, we defend our faith. But too often, we jump out of left field into the arena where honestly, they don't care what we have to say. Be ready to share your faith. Know the Word and LIVE the Word. We are not commanded in scripture to be activists. We are called to live out our faith. We are called to share our faith. We aren't called to condemn the world. If approached by an unbeliever, be honest. But why do we pick fights? We must embody Christ. If we don't do that, we've already lost them.

Is It All The Same?

If everyone has an opinion about how the world functions around us, and some of those ideas seemingly are in conflict with each other, then can each of the individual claims still be true? If one person believes something to be true, but another person believes something contrary,  can these two statements both be true? This conflict is seemingly what individuals in our world today appear to be claiming. It is easier to see this conflict if specific examples are given. If I say a personal being created the universe out of nothing, thus had a beginning, but you say the universe is eternal, thus had no beginning,  can we just agree that both of us are right? Or do we, by declaring we are both correct,  destroy all logical principles as we know them?

Nothing Surprises Our God

Everything isn't a conspiracy.  But even if it is, NOTHING surprises our GOD. He predicted all this in the SCRIPTURE.  It is sad to see the CHURCH in so much FEAR. If you are a believer, we are better served preaching the gospel than arguing over masks, viruses, riots, protests and our "freedom." Yes we should be aware that our government may not always have our best interests, but letting our skepticism of the government shine brighter than our faith in Messiah shows our priorities can easily get misplaced! Also, if we live our lives trying not to offend the world and to be everyone's friend, we have missed our calling. Paul wrote that our faith is a stumbling block to the Jews and foolishness to the Greeks. God also said he uses the simple things of this world to humble those who think they are wise. The GOSPEL is rubbishness to those who are perishing,  but to those of us being saved, Eternal Life. Do not be discouraged.  Pray for those who persecute us! Jesus told us they would! Respond in love and in truth! We can't just yell at people, we must listen. But that doesn't mean we water down the truth of God's word. I love all of you. Believers, let's live a life worthy of the gospel we preach.  Peace.

Christ Amongst The Other Religions

Many people make the claim, "All religions are basically the same, and all roads and paths lead to the same god or creator." I lower cased the g in "god" on purpose, and will explain shortly. This is what in faith today we call universalism. It's also know amongst post modern people as inclusivism. It is the idea, that anybody can believe whatever they want, and even if the differing views make opposite truth claims, that as a "society" ( whatever that means), we should agree that each claim is either true or is saying the same thing. This makes no sense! If Muslims claim Jesus wasn't crucified or resurrected, but Christians do, how are these claims both true? If rabbinical Jews deny the deity of Jesus of Nazereth, but Christians claim he is God, how can these claims be reconciled? If naturalistic Atheists claim there is no God, and the universe is infinite or created itself out of nothing, but Christians claim God created the universe, can both ideas be accurate?
The problem is demonstrated by Pilate when Jesus was before him. Pilate asked Jesus "What is Truth" and then walked away before waiting for an answer. This is our society, our social fabric. The world is so afraid of being offended, that to them it is easier to just let everyone be right than to investigate what really might be the truth. This is how the world becomes United under the power of Satan in the book of Revelation. People have been wanting to unite against God from the beginning. From the days of the flood, to the tower of Babel, to conquering dictators, the world wants to unite against the one true God, the author and creator of everything.
To get to this point, the world or "society" must declare that all "religions" are basically the same and all lead to the same "god." I lowercase the g because Christianity, true Christianity, originally known as "The Way" leaves no room for universalism. Jesus claimed to be the only way to the Father. Read the red letters in the New Testament. He claims authority granted by God. He claims he will be seen sitting at the right hand of power. He claims he will come on the clouds of Heaven. He claims no one comes to the Father but through Him. He claims "Before Abraham was, I AM. " The Jews of his day knew what he claimed. There was no confusion or ambiguity about the claims of godhood. But the world must minimize him. They must say he was a good teacher. They change the meaning of words. The Romanization of the Catholic Church with it's pagan idolatry has confused the true Jesus. Every other belief system is what humanity can do to get to their version of God, eternity, or nothingness. Jesus is God demonstrating his love by dying for us, paying the price for sin ONCE, and we cannot work our way into right relationship. So no, all worldviews are not the same.

Pray For The World

When I read about what happens around the world, and then I look at America, and even the way we prioritize sports, Instagram, entertainment, celebrities, and what we are going to do with our free time, it devastates me. I want to be clear: I am including myself in this. I think about North Korea, a place that is ruled by a ruthless lunatic, who in a long line of family dictators, rules his country with an iron fist and brainwashes them into submission. I think about the horrors I read about concerning ISIS, Sadaam Hussein and his sons, and the torture and fear they ruled Iraq with, a country I was deployed to in 2008. I see the way people live in the current country I deployed to, in shacks and no water, no internet, very little electricity, nutrition, and medication. I think about how we get angry when Taco Bell closes early. How we get mad at long lines in Wal- Mart. How upset do we get when our internet lags? How much food do we throw away? How "angry" do we get when somebody posts something on the internet that "offends" us? Somebody argued with me that "The world has been making great progress since the beginning of humanity without God existing, or at least being relevant. We are genuinely good people, he said. We have faced great obstacles and overcame them, but more problems just keep coming. But maybe as society progresses, someday, maybe another 7000 years from now, we will figure it out." So let me get this right. Let us take the view that humans have existed from anywhere between 10,000 and 7,000 years. Just for argument sake. So in 10,000 to 7,000 years, let us look at or track record as humans. As of July 11, 2017, we haven't figured out a way to eradicate murder, rape, theft, arson, abortion, suicide, depression, cancer, AIDS, totalitarian governments, war, jealousy, homelessness, sexually transmitted diseases, genocide, bullying, cyber- bullying, sexual harassment, sex trafficking, human trafficking, slavery, forced prostitution, adultery, cannibalism, execution, police brutality, racism, sexism, kidnapping, grand theft auto, prejudice, assault, domestic violence, drug overdoses, malpractice, lying, or coveting just to name off a few things. But as humans, we somehow all came together by ourselves from all over the planet, with different languages, without a creator or a standard of morality and somehow created our own morality out of thin air. And our track record, is listed above in detail, but could be listed in even more detail. I disagree. Humanity hasn't gotten better, we have gotten better at being desensitized. We need a savior, and we need God. All of those things exist without God, but guess what doesn't exist without HIM? Anything good. I pray for our world.

Prosperity Gospel

If anyone teaches otherwise and does not consent to wholesome words, even the words of our Lord Jesus Christ, and to the doctrine which accords with godliness, 4 he is proud, knowing nothing, but is obsessed with disputes and arguments over words, from which come envy, strife, reviling, evil suspicions, 5 useless wranglings of men of corrupt minds and destitute of the truth, who suppose that godliness is a means of gain. From such withdraw yourself. 6 Now godliness with contentment is great gain. 7 For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out. 8 And having food and clothing, with these we shall be content. 9 But those who desire to be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and harmful lusts which drown men in destruction and perdition. 10 For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil, for which some have strayed from the faith in their greediness, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows. 1 Timothy 6:3-10
1 But there were also false prophets among the people, even as there will be false teachers among you, who will secretly bring in destructive heresies, even denying the Lord who bought them, and bring on themselves swift destruction. 2 And many will follow their destructive ways, because of whom the way of truth will be blasphemed. 3 By covetousness they will exploit you with deceptive words; for a long time their judgment has not been idle, and their destruction does not slumber. 1 Peter 2:1-3
9 Whoever transgresses and does not abide in the doctrine of Christ does not have God. He who abides in the doctrine of Christ has both the Father and the Son. 10 If anyone comes to you and does not bring this doctrine, do not receive him into your house nor greet him; 11 for he who greets him shares in his evil deeds. 2 John 1:9-11

These verses of scripture all have a common theme. These are all warnings from Paul, Peter, and John against the kind of heretical and false teachings that have invaded the church in recent times. Most of us are familiar with these teachings, their destructive consequences, and those that pose as teachers of the Gospel in our "churches" and preach these false doctrines. Of course, I am talking about the prosperity gospel, and any other teachings that are in direct conflict with the Word of God. You may have noticed that I did not capitalize "prosperity gospel." This was not a typo, but done on purpose, for no false gospel deserves to stand as equal to the true Gospel that has been passed down to us in the form of scripture. Let us go over in summary what these false teachings are, and how we may be aware of them when we come across them.

The prosperity gospel is the most famous of these false gospels. Joel Osteen is the most famous of these teachers, being the "pastor" of the biggest of these "churches." He is the "pastor" of Lakewood Church in Houston, Texas, which averages 52,000 attendees weekly, with 7 million television viewers each week. You may think, "Awesome! 52,000 people in person, and 7 million people via television each week are attending church and hearing the Gospel! What is the problem?" If you look on Wikipedia's Lakewood Church page, it claims that Lakewood believes in the tenants of the faith, which include Jesus as the way to salvation, baptism, and communion. But this is not the cornerstone of the message Joel Osteen and his wife Victoria deliver to their congregation. Osteen has written two books, "Your Best Life Now: 7 Steps to Living at Your Full Potential" and "Become a Better You: 7 Keys to Improving Your Life Every Day." Do you see the titles of these books? The books are focused on the life we live here on Earth! How to be a better you? How to improve your life? Where is this anywhere in the Gospel? Where is this anywhere in the New Testament? Jesus taught his disciples that they would face persecution, hatred, and death because of HIS name. According to Wikipedia, "As of 2012, Osteen's net worth is reportedly $56,508,500.He lives with his family in a $10,500,000 home." Go back and read the passage in 1 Timothy 6 above. Aside from wealth and prosperity teaching, Osteen has routinely avoided issues of Hell, homosexuality, and Jesus being the only way to the Father in televised interviews. This is false teaching, and millions of people a week are eating this up. Why is this? Because the cost of following Jesus is hard, and will cost us dearly. I do not hate Joel Osteen. I pray that God would open his eyes, and get him to stop preaching this prosperity false gospel. But $56,000,000 later, I feel that he is like the rich young ruler Christ talked about. Would he give up all his millions to follow the REAL CHRIST? I can only pray he will. Others who teach this or have taught this are  E. W. Kenyon, Oral Roberts, A. A. Allen, Robert Tilton, T. L. Osborn, Joel Osteen, Creflo Dollar, Kenneth Copeland, Reverend Ike and Kenneth Hagin, Jesse Duplantis, and Joyce Meyer.

Brothers and sisters, any gospel that is contrary to what the Bible teaches is a false gospel. It is no the Truth. "The name it, claim it" is a dangerous gospel that is popular in this culture. Joyce Meyer is one of the people who spread this false teaching. Let me ask you a direct question. Who was the only being to ever speak anything into existence on his own? You would be correct in assuming only God himself has ever done this. He spoke the universe into existence. Joyce Meyer has gone far enough to say that she and her husband can "control" the weather. She also teaches that as Christians we are supposed to control the weather!!! Who is referred to the "Prince of the Air" in scripture?" You would be right to assume the answer is SATAN. She claimed to have rebuked a tornado while in an airplane, and the tornado just went back into the sky. Really? Benny Hinn comes to mind at this time. False teachers and prophets are able to do signs and wonders. Brothers and sisters, no matter how much we believe, we cannot on our own heal and do wonders at will, on our own. These people draw their power from a powerful source, and it is not Christ. Any ministry that is based on prosperity, signs, healing, entertainment, showmanship, and anything other than Christ is not a ministry. Wolves will show up in sheep's clothing. As a matter a fact, they already have. Satan masquerades as an Angel of Light.  Beware of these false teachings.

What is the point? Why did I choose to name these teachers by name? I did not give names to start controversy. Actually, I issue you a challenge. Check out some videos of interviews and teachings of each of these people I named above. Listen and watch for yourselves.Type "prosperity gospel" into the search bar on YouTube and watch for yourself. But do something more constructive. Read the teachings of scripture, read your Bible, and place the teachings of anybody you hear or read against the Gospel. Mega churches are also in danger of some false teachings. I watched the Netflix Special Pastor Steven Furtick did, and some of his preaching on Jacob was really good. Upon further research, I have found some things I wish I could ask the Pastor about. For instance, why do the coloring books for children his church, Elevation Church, receive, refer to the vision Pastor Steven received from God? Why is his staff required to sign non disclosure agreements in the event they were to leave the church? Why is there a video of Pastor Steven rebuking people who wish to go deeper? Why would John MacArthur, a man I have come to greatly respect, refer to him as "unqualified"? Beware of ministries that are more about the Pastor than about God. In fact, if I ever speak on something, or do anything that puts myself ahead of Christ, rebuke me and call me out immediately.

This is the truth, and if any teaching contradicts these teachings from scripture, it is a false gospel. God created the universe, including the earth, by speaking it into existence. God created man in HIS image, perfect. God created woman out of Adam. These were the first humans. Eve was deceived by Satan, and Adam followed he in Sin. From this point on, humanity and creation fell under the curse of sin. God sent his son, the incarnate image of the eternal God, to die for SIN on the cross. Christ was crucified, died a PHYSICAL death, resurrected, and sits on the Right Hand of the Father. He will come back to judge the quick and the dead. Jesus is the only way to the Father. (John 14:6) Jesus DID claim to be God, thus he IS GOD. (John 8:13-59.)  I believe what the Nicene Creed says:

I believe in one God, the Father Almighty, maker of heaven and earth and of all things visible and invisible. And in one Lord Jesus Christ, the only‐begotten Son of God, begotten of His Father before all worlds, God of God, Light of Light, very God of very God, begotten, not made, being of one substance with the Father, by whom all things were made; who for us men and for our salvation came down from heaven and was incarnate by the Holy Spirit of the virgin Mary and was made man; and was crucified also for us under Pontius Pilate. He suffered and was buried. And the third day He rose again according to the Scriptures and ascended into heaven and sits at the right hand of the Father.  And He will come again with glory to judge both the living and the dead, whose kingdom will have no end. And I believe in the Holy Spirit, the Lord and giver of life, who proceeds from the Father and the Son, who with the Father and the Son together is worshiped and glorified, who spoke by the prophets. And I believe in one holy Christian and apostolic Church. I acknowledge one Baptism for the remission of sins, and I look for the resurrection of the dead and the life of the world to come. Amen.
